Well, eventually it will come! We are already seeing the first green shoots coming up and then being covered by snow again. Luckily they have a mind of their own and stay warm under the snow and then shoot up a little more. Stay positive for those of you here in Maine.

It’s already March and the Inn/Bed & Breakfast will start ‘waking up’ soon after a long snowy winter. The goats and chickens are impatient to be outside in the warmth of the sun. Before we know it the first buds will be peeking out and we will forget about all the snow and cold that we have had these past months. The greenhouse will be producing salads and other veggies again.
