The wedding was wonderful
So now we are all calming down after the big event last Saturday of the wedding of our son Kyle, and Angie his new bride. There were about 90 people there and fun was had by all. Mario surpassed himself with cooking for everyone and getting it down the road to the town hall where the reception was. We had filet mignon with bearnaise sauce, chicken ‘coq au vin’, mousaka made by me with westport Island lamb and Kyle’s own grown egg plant and potatoes. Then there was Kyle’s salad and various other vegetables. Foe dessert Mario and I made Pavlova, key lime pie and apple crumble. Later we came up to the barn at the Inn for wedding cake and dancing.
