Deposits: Advance deposits are an important mutual protection. Therefore, a deposit equal to the daily rate or half of your total reservation is required to secure your room. It should be received within 5 days to become fully guaranteed.

Payment: Personal checks are preferred, but we can accept Visa, & MC

Cancellation Policy: Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Your deposit, less a $20 processing fee per room booked, will be happily refunded if we receive your notification at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. After that, you are held responsible for the full amount of your reservation regardless of the reason for non-arrival, unless we are able to re-book the room. Should it be necessary for you to arrive later or depart earlier than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked for your intended stay.

Check-in is  after 3.00 pm. If you will be later than 6.00 pm we ask you to please let us know and to make special arrangements.

Check-out is by 11.00am
