What is your smoking policy?

We have onsite parking for 20 vehicles that are for the use of the Inn guests. Transportation shuttles are required for larger events.

We offer house made baked goods in the dining room, along with coffee and tea, at 8:30 am. Coffee, tea and water are available in the Honor Bar 24-hours a day.

Yes, we do have WiFi, but due to being on an island in Maine, we often find that our WiFi signal doesn't come through all the time. We have added several Nodes to the inn to assist with WiFi. Most people are able to get work done while here.

Reservations require a 50% deposit of the entire reservation. This amount will be charged to your credit card upon booking the reservation.

We require that your bar close and the music end by 10:00PM and all guests not staying at the property have left the property by 11PM.

The venue includes access to our 12-acre property including the event barn and deck, adjacent lawn and pasture overlooking the pond, bathroom facilities and some parking from Friday to Sunday.
