How late can our event go on to?

We require that your bar close and the music end by 10:00PM and all guests not staying at the property have left the property by 11PM.

Is check-in contactless?

We offer contactless self check in any time after 3:00pm. We will text you the day of your stay with our guest guide and to confirm your ETA.

What are your general reservation policies?

Reservations require a 50% deposit of the entire reservation. This amount will be charged to your credit card upon booking the reservation.

Do you allow children?

We gladly welcome well-behaved children! Most of our rooms, with the exception of room 7, are only able to accommodate a total of two guests max. Up to 4 guests can be accommodated in room 7 but we ask that the children are age appropriate to climb a ladder into a loft space.

What does the event rental fee include?

There is a 50% deposit due upon booking with the balance due 180 days before your wedding. The rental fee includes use of the 12 acre property, which includes the barn, the deck, the adjacent lawn, the pasture overlooking the pond, and other areas of the property.

Are you dog friendly?

We are dog friendly and want our guests to enjoy the company of their well-behaved dog while on vacation! Not all of our rooms accommodate pets. The Polly, The Mittman, The Eleanor, The Roni, and The Mario are pet friendly rooms.
