We’ve shot all kinds of weddings but we feel like where we really shine is intimate weddings with lots of character. Often times when we get an email from a couple they describe wanting their wedding to feel more like a big dinner party than a traditional wedding.
Purple Orchid Weddings + Events, is a full-service event planning company specializing in tented, outside, estate, barn, camp and family owned properties throughout Maine. Wedding Planning services include full service wedding planning, consultation (partial) wedding planning and day-of coordination, which starts six weeks prior to your wedding. Purple Orchid strives to be one of Maine’s premier logistical planners and only design weddings for our full- service clients. We are fun and creative, client focused, logistical gurus.
I recently attended a wedding at the Squire Tarbox Inn and it was absolutely gorgeous! As the sister-in-law of the happy couple, I was at the venue quite a bit through out the wedding weekend. Staff at the Inn were always helpful, accommodating, and willing to lend a hand. All in all it made for a beautiful wedding venue.
