The Tarbox’s modern interior spaces pay homage to the historic character of the building. In our carriage house-turned-event barn, you’ll find a raw space full of antique wood and ample natural lighting with incredible views of midcoast Maine.

If you are looking for a magical place in ME, isolated enough to feel like you have complete privacy, but close enough to everything, you must visit the Squire Tarbox Inn. This beautifully restored 1763 farmhouse is a dream. The rooms are all meticulously renovated to have all the modern comforts with a laid back feel. And as a bonus, they have goats, chickens and a trail that takes you down to the most peaceful salt marsh.
