Located on Davis Island in the Sheepscott River, Fort Edgecomb traces its origins to the early 19th century. Interpretive panels unfold the events surrounding the Fort's history when hostilities in Europe dictated construction of forts to protect local residents.

Come get up close and personal with their fish and invertebrates, and increase your interest, care, and understanding of the ocean and its resources.
This place is incredible. The staff was super warm and welcoming. The rooms are so well decorated-- I will definitely be booking here in the future!
